Our Preschool Education Program
There are many different program approaches in the field for the preschool period. These include the Project Approach, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, High Scope, Head Start, Gymboree, Gems (Great Explorations in Math and Science), and PYP (Primary Years Programme) approaches. The overall aim of these programs is to support all areas of development in children attending preschool education institutions through rich learning experiences and to prepare them for the next stage of education.
- Our students’ social and emotional development plans are prepared with inspiration from these models.
- This approach recognizes the child as an “individual” and is based on removing the barriers to their development.
- By providing appropriate learning environments, children are encouraged to develop skills of self-expression, exploration, questioning, experimenting, and learning. In this way, they gain the ability to overcome obstacles they may face.
- Tarabya Yıldız Preschool aims to strengthen children’s sense of curiosity and discovery, while supporting their social and emotional development by creating spaces where they can express themselves. This is achieved through open and closed classrooms with suitable learning settings, expert teachers, and modern educational materials.

We offer a wide range of workshops to develop our students’ interests and talents in a multifaceted way:

Training is provided every weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Optional early entry and late exit programs are also available.
Each class has teachers who speak both Turkish and English. Half of the daily activities are conducted in English, allowing children to learn the language naturally.
It is a model where children learn by exploring and experiencing. Play is the fundamental tool for both academic and social development.
At our school, parents are seen as active partners who support their child's academic and personal development. In line with this, our goal is to ensure the child's development is sustainable both at school and at home through regular parent meetings, our digital communication platforms, and our Guidance Department.
